And yes, played with the brakes a little bit, but taking the controler off actually helped out the most. For some reason I can brake deeper without it. (Proven on the back strait going for the 180, hit the brakes at the end of the sharks teeth.)
Edit: I played with the dampning and the car is much happier. I noticed that it was when the suspension unloaded that the car was going wild, so I just added more rebound. So now I am more consistantly in the low 1'20's and will sometimes get 1'19's but I still haven't cracked my time yet. I wish I kept that damn replay.

Sorry, Some of us were workin on a REAL suspension, none of that torsen beam business, I remember when GM used torsen beams, oh yea, then they went to leaf springs
so i'm assumin that this challenge is over, any ideas for the next challenge? I'm thinkin about a "run what you own" challenge, or maybe just run what company makes your car (if you drive a v-dub, you have to race a v-dub) or if anyone else has any ideas LMK
Well, i propose a street tire challenge. lets agree on a familiar track, keep the street cars, but no handicaps at all on street tires!
i would love to do soemthing like that, i've done horsepower challenges in the past too, but in the situation we're in, there's no way to tell who is using what, there is no way to tell in the game if someone has set a lap time on race tires, if you catch my drift
