got caught under a dump while back. i've just been kinda busy and kinda pocrastinating fixing it. but i'd like to get it fixed and maybe sell it for something new.

as soon as i can find them. most of it i can get off ebay. the hardest thing to find is the door. i cant find one anywhere, i called a couple of parts places and they say its gonna be like $500....i may as well just buy a beater car and drive that for $500. at this point im thinkin it's gonna be a month or so til i can get everything i need. who knows.

i'll help out. we could get a paint gun and use jamin's air compressor to paint it if your willing to use your car as a first try

You know that if you give joel drugs he will do it for free. It will look good, but i kinda want to see the first sim fab goes to painting cars, car.

so i've gotten a little off track with this project, but i've been doin some searchin for parts all over the internet today and thursday i might try my luck an the junkyard even though i dont usually have much luck there. the hardest thing to track down is a drivers side door. i found two different ones on ebay that would have been perfect, they were cheap, clean, and came with everything but both sellers refused to ship and they live way up north in like michigan and canada and crap.

anyway, once i get a few more parts for the front end i wanna do some work on it and see what all i can get done. maybe we could have a mr2/civic workday, lol. i dont know, its late and i'm rambling.

try calling honda acura recycler. They're out in Cali. Great people, and if they mess up your order, you keep the part and they send you the correct stuff. That's what i call great customer service.

hmm we could always do some crazy custom stuff to it. like a shaker hood, fender flares, side pipes, stainless steel rod grill (i dont know what they're called) and a rwd conversion. that stuff shouldn't cost too much

i know there are better ways to vent anger other than taking it out on your car like this but it got the best of me and thats how this happened........my fist was a little sore afterwards:

Hey its not that bad, my friend JR had a 91 4 door with no front bumper no right fender and f'd up hood and he was better off not having a windshield. But he did have a built GSR in it, it was the ultimate sleeper. Put the turbo back on and paint the intercooler black. You will then own sleeper.

everybody else seems to have their own thread for their car so i figured i'd bring mine back.

so anyway, this week sometime i'm gonna try to do some junk yard shopping and see if i can get the front end parts that i need. if i can get the parts i need to get the front fixed then i can put my bumper and grill on and get it painted. do you think you could help me out with the painting Joel? i think i have the saturday after this saturday off (nov 4th). you think if i drove up there with the paint we could paint it then? let me know please!

*idea: since people are starting threads for their cars, we should have a sticky for everyones car (everyone that activley posts on here). just a thought.
