Similar bottom end and progress

http://www.turbod16.com/viewtopic.php?t=16711

Well this guy is the guy i bought the pistons from. He made 266whp and 240lb/f with a similar bottom end and setup. I do have a better head then him though. His is a ****ty no vtec head, which flows less air then mine does. If i ever get it tuned like his maybe i can get 280 whp.

Well I am still in the process of finding a decent block. Other things i need are:

block
Head gasket (maybe a whole gasket kit)
rod bearings
bigger intercooler
3 bar map sensor
mandrel bends for charge pipes and exhaust
head studs
fuel pump

I think when we get this new house we can take over the garage for a little while (before we move in) and work on some projects like building your motor and a bunch of stuff on my car. That way you can leave your car there while we're working on it.

I think i might have found my intercooler! It costs about $175 after shipping i may just go for the bigger ones he offers. I think its a better deal then the JRC ones. They are cool bar & plate design.

intercooler

oh i'm also having the ****ties time finding a block to use. I dont think i'm going to get this project rolling again until i find a block.
So if u guys find any d16 blocks let it be a d16z6, d16y8, d16y7, d16a1, or whatever let me know. I think the bottom end are nearly identical. I know cranks are a bit different but i dont think it changes compression or rod length and ETC. I think its just different designs in the counter weight. I'll have to look into that more.

those bigger ones look really nice. I think you should get one of those and run without a bumper
