lol lol lol it went good.....it also made me late for work
Lets see I'm driving the 318. Its still completely stock. I really want to start modding it but I just dont want to get into spending the money right now. Its still fun to drive though. I also have the motorcycle. Its a rd. I love it cause its rusty and old and runs great. I've been working on the MR2 too. It should be on the streets of tampa next week.....lol I know thats been said alot
nice, I'm the same way with the my bike. I've already found some sweet mods I wanna do to it but it's probably gonna be a slow process based on the current income of my funds. Motorcycle endorsement class is comin up for me soon, I'm gonna try and get some gear before that. Also gotta get insurance for it, so far progressive has given me the cheapest quote.
here's the direction i'm kinda leaning toward with my bike.....here
Sup? I live in NY now, stuffed some five series steelies with some Finnish(made in Finland) snow tires on the E36 and have been terrorizing the streets of Albany with a fair amount of reckless driving. And with the fiver wheels I have left the bad offset club, nothing like some big ass tank tires right to the edge of my fenders. I will take some pictures, it's a terrifying site for small children and adults alike. Yea they rub, what of it? Snow driving is insanely fun by the way. Scaring grandma with ultra low speed on power slides, and using the e-brake to park for no reason at all, well, you can just see the fun here.
It's cold, epic cold. Temps right now sit around 35 degrees in the garage. Outside? as low as 3(three), and as high as 48. I can't wait for summer. Two reasons.
Reason one: The next bike will be done, the Yamaha sex machine. You haven't seen pictures yet, nothing posted online, only when it's finished, too many people ganking ideas as of late. I suppose it's petty or self-centered, but I've got a lot of neat stuff going on with this bike, and I don't want some Xerox copy running around somewhere. Think ultra low board-tracker/bobber/roadster thing.
Reason two: I will be riding said bike through the Adirondacks. I'll take pictures. Please keep the tears to yourself.
Still have the Honda Cafe. Rode it a few times recently, just to keep it alive. Spending time with the family, once the weather warms up I'm going to do some traveling to see what this North-east area is all about. I completely underestimated the cold and it's ability to keep you home. It's snowing right now, seems like it waits for the weekends when I have plans. My brain doesn't compute not being able to drive a few hours because of weather. Lame.
But life is good. Holidays were good. Family is awesome. Snow is fuggin gorgeous. I am however bored out of my mind on evenings/weekends, no friends up here and all. Oh well. We'll see what happens.
yeah, i just came from PA, NY border, near Jamestown. went snowboarding for a week, and it's quite cold. I wish I could have done some fun driving, but we rented an suv...oh well.
NY sounds cool, i'm glad you still have the honda cafe, that thing is what made me wanna get a bike.
I was planning on doing a little riding today but it rained all day and i didn't feel like taking off the cover and then waiting for it to cool down to dry it off and put the cover back on (i know i'm lazy)
My mom grew up in Warren PA, went to Jamestown occasionally for Johnny's lunch, I actually have some of the sauce in my room right now, haha. I stayed in Scandia PA, the middle of nowhere. but it was fun, and beautiful. you do know about Johhny's lunch right...
Here are a few. The BMW in winter mode, and the bike, no, you don't get a closer shot, it's a very quiet build.
Tha Scoota:
Just imagine it having a seat.
Tha Bimma:
Obligatory 3/4 shot:
Port:
Starboard:
Om nom nom nom:
Steelies ftw!
Yea they rub, what of it?
That's all. Sorry for the very non-detailed picture of the bike. And I'll honestly probably pull it down from the bucket account in a few days, so I'd suggets you save that goodness if you want to look at it again. Too many people building like-minded bikes, and I'd just like to keep some of my ideas too myself until it is all finished, selfish I know. But when she's all prettied up at the end, you can be damn sure her pictures will get whored out to the wild internets.
wow i havent logged on for a while. i haven't done much with my car lately. still rocking the sol. i just recently replaced the front driver side hub and now i got ls meshes with giant tires. i've too busy working and breakin.
breakin? Why have you been breaking things? I think we need a pic of the ls meshes with truck tires.
Steve, that snow is looking fun up there.

Fun to a degree. It's so cold though, this morning it was 0. Just getting somewhat old and I've only been up here for a few months. Not sure I'll make it. Think of working on your car with tools that have been in the freezer for a month. Blue non-latex gloves, under Thinsulate winter gloves. Winter boots with very warm socks, thermal shirt under a hoodie and a winter hat. It's quite the expedition going out there. And being that I need to ride the Yamaha before tear down, and well, riding in 0 degrees is just not happening, it's just very frustrating.
And I need to do some fiberglass work on the bike, again, too cold. Dam.
