well i got my pistons in and all i need now is a blcok and crank and some bearings.

wow we actually all pretty much did the mods that we talked about or at least got a good start on them.


lets get an update


my next thing is definatley injectors


then probably an intercooler. i want to do an a/w with that old gti intercooler in viet's closet with some custom end tanks but i know thats pushing our fabrication limit


and of course more tuning and more time driving at autocrosses and the track

I've really thinking about what I should be doing, but i think I may do that because
-i'm jobless and I need money.
-I spent more time and money into my car then school.
-costs a lot to maintain.
-always worried when the next thing is going to break.
-I spent more **** fixing my car then I have really wanted.

Don't think i'm giving up its just I need to get my **** together and focus on school more and my future.

this is a sad day


you do have a good point though. school is probably more important than your car. i know i want to spend more time on school.


but since your getting rid of your stuff, i think the right thing to do would be to put them into the coupe gt (also known as our project car). then we can just slowly work on it and not have to worry when it breaks.

My next 2 mods will probably be F/R Mintex Red Pads and a 4 Point Crow Harness. I still don't really know what I'll use as mounting points but it should be easier to assess once I actually have the harness lol. Soon after that, I should be getting my Bilstein PSS coilovers off of that kid. Then I'll probably buy my Auto-X helmet cuz I don't want to keep using sweaty-ass helmets at all the events. After that, I'll just chill until either my clutch starts slipping, my tires go bald, or I get the itch for something new to do.

my focus no is auto-x stuff. got my wheels....now i need some tires for them. then i want to get numbers, tire press gauge, helmet, etc.

i really want to get into auto-x more seriously

so are you planning to be competitive in street mod? that would be pretty sweet if you do

H. Exhaust manifolds and muffler systems are free, except that they
must be quiet and terminate behind the driver. Exhaust heat
shields may be removed. Rear- and mid-engined cars without
exhaust headers/manifold systems may use any exhaust system
that meets the requirements of 3.5. This permits the removal of
“heater boxes” in order to install headers on such cars.

I could probably help you with the IC mister since I have a bunch of extra foggers and tubing. I'd also like to help with the launch control, because that is just damn cool.
