did you ever put your turbo timer in?

why do u need a fuel cut defencer? and whats wrong with your fuel pump is it going bad? you really don't neet to upgrade it if your just going to boost below 10psi on the greddy kit. lol i haven't even upgraded it yet adn i'm running 10psi on my setup then again it doesn't hold at 10psi in all gears.

If anything I'd switch your fuel management to uberdata its pretty damn cheap. you could probably sell off the safc and buy all the stuff for uberdata and still have money left over. Then again is your car obdI or odbII? if odbI i highly recommend uberdata. I already have the burner so all u need to get is the chips and stuff. I think all the other is is probably $30 give or take $5. Then you can solder it yourself or let someone else do it .... like jon he did mine.

my car used to have problems. i couldnt really figure out what was wrong with it, sometimes it would just bog down and stuff, i'd have to shu the car off and turn i back on. im pretty sure its cuz my car would detect i had boost cuz i've read that thats what happens, it cuts the fuel going into the engine. the FCD is suppose to eliminate that by getting rid of the fue cut. i'm afraid that when i get the boost controller in and turn the boost up my car will really see i have boost and start acting like it did before so i was gonna get the FCD. 

my car is OBDII, but i'm prety sure you can do conversions to OBDI. not sure what involoved but i gues i could research it a lil. i'm pretty interested in this now, anything that will make my car run better for cheaper sounds good to me.

sometimes at idle the car would just shut off, when it bogged down it was always like as soon as i started boosting. lately its been runnin a lot better. i think there might be a connection loose, cuz now the only time it ever shuts its self off is when there is someone riding in the passenger seat, but like i said it hasent done that lately.

anyway, we could check it out sometime and see i guess.

jons camry did the fuel cut thing. What it did was when the boost reached a level it didnt understand it would cut the fuel, kinda like a rev limiter. but it would run like normal as soon as you let off.

I dont think it sounds like the same thing you're experiencing.

also your ecu is in the passenger footwell right? if so it definitely just sounds like a bad connection

I think your going to need the p28. you should look into it more. i'm not really to sure on the obdII to obdI stuff. If i have time i'll try to dig up some information on it,

cool. yeah thats what i was thiknin. the harness i can get for like $80. i cant find any p28s on any legit sites, i found a couple on ebay for like $100 but i'm gonna leave that as a last resort. i'd probably end up getting that money back anyway when i sell my gauges and safc and stuff.

anyway, if you guys still want to, what time do you think we could start tomorrow? im goin to the bank in the morning and i'll probably be back around 10 or 11 and i'm free til like 6. i could probably do it myself, but knowing my wiring skills it wouldnt last long.

where did you get it? how much did it cost you?
remeber you wanna get an extra 29c256 chip. So you can use one in the ecu an use the other so u can burn while tuning. then just swap the chips. I've got a burner so u can burn your maps onto the chip. just let me know when u need it.

yeah u can get it at the moates place. http://www.moates.net/product_info.php?cPath=26&products_id=38 its $6.00 for it. You might want to also do the thing for the datalogging. I think i'm going to do it once we get our wideband.
