My good old, so stock civic

I just did the bravest thing I've done yet with my car, and its not that brave. So in the near future, I wish to do more. I have no mechanical experience so this will be my topic for showing and asking for help...
yeah, that brave thing I did, I took out my clutch pedal to adjust my cruise control switch and the starter switch. And I adjusted my clutch so that it catches a couple mm's off the ground. I like it a lot. Here's the pedal:

...yeah, came out and went back in no problems though. I am happy.

Nice. Thats where it all starts. Pretty soon you'll be rebuilding motors and thinking nothing of it.

Ok so if you ever go out to your car and it doesnt start see that little blue thing in the pedal assem. that looks like a crayon tip.......yeah count on that falling out. You might wanna put nuts and bolts in its place. I use the cheap method, a little tap and a penny

yeah, I just unscrewed the switch bolt thing and brought it closer to the blue crayon thing, so I don't have to push my clutch down as much, that way, I put something behind the pedal bar and it doesn't have to down as far for every shift as well as starting, so it works. But if it falls out, I can adjust the screw a little more I think. thanks though.

Or you can crimp the "+" wires from the switch so you don't have to touch the clutch to start the car. Just remember to take the car out of gear or you'll be like me.. almost plowing through the garage door.

yeah, I played it safe and found the solution, I could have just unplugged it I think and it would probly start, but adjusting it seemed like a better idea.

so I just took off my muffler, and I am impressed at how it sounds. For 100hp of high revving honda engine, it has a little bit of a low range of sounds coming out of it. Well, lets see how long my amusement with this lasts...
