Florida Fail

I am making plans to go to school at a design school in Colorado. Orlando is wearing on me, and I was out that way for my sis's wedding(you may recall, I made a thread on it). And figure hey, what the hell, if I'm going to move, lets do it it proper ya?! Anyways, The C is coming with, and will be sleeping in the winters, but I am thinking it will need to get a new heart before I make the 2000mile trek across the plains, so I'm reasearching things. 16v might be in order, as I still want to get some good gas mileage, we'll see, it will probably be happening in the beginning of next year, so I have some time. Anyways, real reason for the thread? This picture:

That just makes me all happy in my pants.

It's an absolutely amazing place. It truly is. It's hard to realize it though, for me at least, until I got back to this place, and realized it was just crap here. I'm pretty stoked, I asked about the area on the Vortex forum, as I wanted some unbiased opinions, so off to the Rocky Mountain regional forum, and all I got was great responses about the school, the area, everything. I'm pretty excited.

CO is a great place if you like doing outdoors type of stuff. I would have stayed there, but i'm not a huge fan of the snow. driving + snow = not cool.

Yea it just gives me a good reason to get a beater Subaru and weld the differentials in full lock mode. Snow can be fun too, just have to practice.

thats cool, everyone says colorado is a really awesome place to live. andrea and i just got back from south carolina. its really awesome there, we're gonna be in greenville instead of myrtle beach so we're closer to mountains which means fun curvey roads with plenty of elevation changes. i'm stoked, plus we'll be like 2 or 3 hours from the dragon!

p.s. this means we can start different chapters!lol South Carolina Touring Club (SCTC) and Colorado Touring Club (CTC)
