IC MISTER

I'm making headway on PROJECT: CHeApICmiSteR.  Here's a Diagram i've been working on for the past month or so.  Shows an IN-Depth look at the schematic of the system, and how the components are integrated.  (see figure below)

i cant see it

ive also planned mine out too. theres a seperate pump for the headlight sprayers on the resavoir and the resavoir is 6.6L so im going to use that pump. then either tee into it or just not bother with the headlight sprayers since they dont do much anyway. i hooked up the nozzle i got to that pump and it just squirted a stream of water like 10 feet so ill probably put a resistor in the power wire to bring down the pressure some. i havent decided if i want to do the throttle switch like you or keep it on a switch.

i threw one on viets car real quick with my other nozzle and it takes alot of water to wet the whole ic. of course we cant tell how good it works on his car but it gets the ic wet

my plan for the nozzle is to run a bunch of pressure, but have the nozzle resrictive enough that it will mist really well.

i think theres a little more involved in nozzle design because mine has a bunch of pressure and a small hole and it shoots a stream of water

not just a small hole.....think of a hose nozzle.......the more restrictive you make it the more it mists, with a constant fairly high press.  i've been watching the little yard sprinklers, like the ones around small plants.  i dont think they are adj. though......so i'm still looking
