dang, that thing is nuts.  440lbs.  someone could rip your fender off if they pull on it.  if you dont do it i porbably will.  i might anyway for 10 bones.  my idea would be to just dirll a hole in the middle, and get one of those ball joint camera mounts to bolt on.  BAM you got a sticky pod


And you could bolt on a platform and sit on it.  if you weight <400lbs

i played with my tripod a little to see what kind of angles you can get and i dunno. i think it would be pretty limiting. i might just ask for one for xmas

that was exatly what I was thinking about doing. You could try making differnet extentions to get different angles.
