This just proves that Oil rich countries spend their money on stupid **** and have not built any infrastructure and when the Oil runs out, they are going to be banging on our door for help.
Maybe that is why we went to war, so that it isn't just the overly rich families that have all the oil money, but the country itself. They will have to adjust from having an extremely valuable resource to a consumer and do not think they have the means to do that right now.
But whatever its all ****ed up there anyways... nothing is going to be accomplished.
