keep my muffler?

Ok, so i am thinking of changing my muffler. I can sell mine for like 150 and i want to get a oem MKIII TDI muffler. What do you guys think, i can get that muffler for like 40 bucks.

this is the same muffler as mine


TDI muffler with polisher tips, what do you think? sorry kinda of a bad pic.
