actually a really cool, and pretty straightforwards swap. With the enigne bay in the eurovans being much like the engine bay in the porsche's. I don't know if you remember Lou, but it was either Pap's old gold van, or his old blue one, he had a porsche motor swapped in. I was never allowed to drive it, so I can't make any claims on it's acceleration, but he did keep it for a very long time, and for those that know him, that means something.
that thing is soo sick. i remember seeing that a long time ago and just not believing how well it handled. looks like it should flip right over, but it doesnt
OK first things first that swap is not straight forward, for one reason that is a EUROVAN, not a VANAGON. There is a big difference between the two. Here is the difference
Vanagon has the motor in the back and its air cooled.
Eurovan(what the van is in the video) is water cooled and has the motor in the front, making that swap that these guys did very hard i can imagine.
I know these are bad pics, but i am really suprised that nobody had figured that out and you call yourselfs VW fans thank god i am the one with the tatoo.

actually i realized that, and i dont even drive a VW, lol.
but yeah that van is awesome, i dont know if i could drive it like that only because i'd be afraid that i'd roll off the side of a cliff or into a tree.
I was under the impression the eurovan had the engine in the rear as well, hence me saying what I did. But, Lou comes out again to reaffirm my dumb dubbitude.
