So here is my situation, I got the coilovers and slammed them down this low:
So needless to say, I was rubbing the sway bar on the axle 100% of my driving time. It was actually quite comical once you got used to the terrible lathe sound coming from the fender well. That, and it looked cool as ****, so how could I object? But of course, I came to my senses and raised it back up (still slammed, just not rubbing). I'm going to have to do the obligatory cell phone in front of the valance shot, so I'll post that up tonight or tomorrow.
B4 Passat Wheels that I got for free. We didn't fill you in on this? I've had them for a few months now. I put some Hankook Ventus RS-2s on them (like everyone else) and they are absolutely delish to drive on. I consider them my track wheels, but I've yet to autocross with them. I'm pretty excited about the next auto-x though since I just got my coilovers, you and Viet should fix your damned cars so that we can all make it out to a Deland race in the coming months.
lol true....but i need money. I've been waiting to get this call from builders' blinds, but I think they've been busy all week. I just hope they don't forget.
Drop looks good though. did you color your wheels with a pink highlighter?
