the rally cross is Oct. 1st which is the weekend I'm moving so I don't think I'll be able to go but we can definatley go to the one after that.
and how is it going to run you might ask? well we can just buy some blank fuel rail, use viets old injectors (and buy one more), get a fuel pressure regulator from the junkyard, pick up a cheap db37 cable, throw my MS ecu in there, wire it all up and we'll have a running Coupe Gt. Its really that easy. I think it would be cool to do anyways. definatley better than pushing it in and out of the garage
When can you guys come over here? We could set a day aside to work on the Audi and try to get it running, with breaks in between for your IC mister and launch control. Then, once we give up (or get it running) we could go do the skid pad thing.
sidenote....i talked to a kid that rallycrossed his car and has a blast. he said it was way more fun than autocrossing, but it kicked the **** out of his car. he doesnt have a single piece of plastic left on the bottom of his car.
lol sounds like a plan, but i don't think we'd make it before the rally cross. the injectors are would be hard to make and the fpr. just cuz i dont think any of us know how to make it, but we can always give it a try.

dude aluminum foil. you can make anything out of aluminum foil and duct tape
but i did think of some ideas while spending all day at school
1. buy some fuel rail stock and bore some holes in it (right way but who does that) 2. i saw something about beeing able to shorten a bmw fuel rail (could be tough to find) 3. weld a few steel honda fuel rails together (possible) 4. get some clear plastic hose about the size of the injectors and hose clamp it onto the injectors and run the other side into a bunch of tee's (definatley the easiest)
I think we should also have a fire extinguisher on hand
might definitely want to make up some kinda engine cover to hide all that crap. i do already have fuel hose though. not that is like a dollar a foot or anything.
Whatever dude, you're not gonna blow $1500 on an e30 when you can buy soo much stuff for your car w/that money. Plus you know once you have it you've gotta maintain it.lol so add a million to the tab. Just take it one project at a time. Don't mean to flush your
i wont have time until friday, but depending on when you get here....i might be able to get started early. Friday is still when i plan to find a db37 cable
