So...I might codrive Lou's (Lucas's old) miata at an autocross sometime soon. I've driven a 1.6 Miata for 5 minutes and that's the only time I've driven a rwd car, but I understand it and have played the crap out of forza 2 and GT series...so I should be pretty safe. I'm really excited. Oh and this is the first post in a month, haha.

What the hell? I thought this was a motorcycle forum now....guess I missed the memo.
For RWD, I think the Miata is the best car you can start out with. Can't really do it wrong, just pitch it in, catch it and feed the power (ie mash the gas pedal to the floor) when she wants it and rinse-repeat.
