You could use empty pizza boxes. you get them for free. and its light weight.

you could get 2 3 inch u-bends for about $40 from summit

then you just need a connector and a filter. probably about 50 bones depending on what filter you want


i think the pizza box idea is better though we could roll them into pipes, mandrel bend them and duct tape them in

you can also get aluminum bends....ebay etc.
