The tires are off, weights, centercaps and valve stems removed. All the wheels have been wetsanded to a dull finish with 400 waterproof sandpaper. 2 of the wheels have been primed, painted, and cleared.
what remains: Prime, paint, and clear remaining 2 wheels. 'pollish' all 4 wheels with wet 1000 grit, then 1500. Wash, and wax replace centercaps, valve stems, and mount and balance tires.
Here's some picture of the progress.

Mask works awesome
This picture you can see why they need sanded or 'pollished' again
comparing a black to a silver
cant wait to get these things on. should look pretty sweet
well, bad news. the primer was junk....it left this weird powder crap the messed up the finish. i painted one today without the primer and it looks sweet. i'm going to sand the 2 i did with the ****ty primer back down and paint the three with no primer. should come out pretty good i think .
well i got all 4 painted and they look pretty good. I waxed up the one i did yesterday but it didnt really do anythin i dont think. hopefully it'll protect it a lttle at least. I'm just going to let them sit for a few days to make sure they dry or cure or whatever, then wax em all up and get the tires mounted a balanced.
so you'll probably have pics on the car like early next week.
