i like the 2nd one better. to me the 1st seems cheap to me... maybe different fonts or arrangement of the words would make it better.

just to disagree with this guy that wont help me load a motor when I really need help, I hate the second one because it makes me feel frustrated. Its like finding that link that you've been looking for and then you click it and that picture comes up saying theres nothing here "under construction" when you know its not under construction, they're just too lazy to update it.
