Well today was the day and let me tell you what, that was just amazing. There are no words to descride the event, besides dont waste your money on the dragon. The car was great no major problems and it didnt over heat. Had to hammer out a fender and well i need to resurface my rotors. Just a fun day, Jon post pics soon.
Thanks to Jason, and Danny for all there help!!!!!!!!
Dragon, Sebring, sorry Lou, have to dissagree with you here, that's like apples and oranges. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the track is fun, looks like a down right blast. But it's no road trip, which is a totally different 'funness' in itself. But yea, where the hell are the pictures. It's dam near 9am, that's unacceptable.
I got an hour and a half driving the crx and about 30 minutes riding in a trans am. Lou and Lucas both had more than me though. I was surprised that I actually got fatigued by driving after about 30min. After I missed my braking point for turn 1 and went in way too fast cause I wasnt focusing I decided I needed a break.
i turned 160 miles on the track, about 44 laps. it was insane. sorry about the other post i made! the whole thing was just way more serious than i was expecting. and thats a good thing. i was terrifed the first couple laps, my instructor was pushing me and pushing me.
eric, you need to go to one. i changed my brakes, fluilds, and thats it. after doing one event, i know what i need and don't need. there was a rsx there that looked pretty stock aside from some slicks and was hauling ass. it doesn't take much of a car to be fast.
