hey i'm probably gonna be at jons tomorrow, do you wanna trade wheels this weekend? you could roll the stellies with the tires that are on now untill you get the falkens. btw, edgeracing is still out of those tires.
well the whole install only took 24 hours...... and yeah we had to over night parts from orlando but hey there is nothing we cant do right... Other than that it drives great, and i really havent gotten on it. So i am not sure if it slips....
I am gonna order brake pads this week for the car
here is a list of things that need to be done b4 sebring brake parts---JON Fluids---JON Tires---I need to get a hold of mike Vtec Controller--- when ever i can get help to re install it Set-up the car---I need to find out from Jason when he can help me out with that OOO and a helmet---need to get a better cheap one.
Ok so Did sebring and really cant think of anything major that i might need besides the obvious, tranny/roll bar/harnesses/konis struts.
In two weeks i am scheduled to get the roll bar welded in(ITA style from the main hoop back) for only 350!!!!!!! Also if i need to add to it i can.
Now here is the questions do i keep the CRX and do more track days and turn it into a honda challenge car or do i sell it to buy a spec neon(or that type of car). Any input would be great.
well this would not be a daily driver, if i go this route i would be getting a truck and trailer.
Now the other option is continue with doing track days in the CRX and getting a BONE STOCK civic hatch or crx and have that as a daily. That would mean getting the- Roll Bar konis eventually and new tranny
OOO and plenty of time to learn how to better myself as a driver.
i vote for the later since it agree's with my path also. but ii think what your looking for is instant gratification. if you just want to become a race car driver and then move on, then buy the race car. but if you want to actually better yourself as a driver (which could become valuable later in life) then i would keep the current car. i know that i want to do this for a long time, and i want to make sure that i am going to do it right and take my time.

Well after your performance yesterday at the go-kart track, you arent ready for road racing yet. I had your car dialed in perfect. We had a fresh set of scuffs mounted up and we went through all the training. And what did you do, you blew it. You couldnt handle the pressure from the 10 year old competition. All that track time in training wasted because you couldnt pass a 10 year old kid. Very sloppy driving out there. You not only let yourself down, you let the whole team down. Very disappointing.

Scuffs!!!!!!!man that cart had bad tires on it. I wasnt the one who stole free rides all day....
Yeah I am pretty sure i am gonna go with the last plan and just take my time with this. Few more track days and ill see how i do. So next step is to find a great deal on a cheap car.
