got a ticket tonight for careless driving.....i was going down university just having fun and I didnt realize that i was going about 90 to 100(no lie) in a 45 and didnt realize there was a cop on the side of the road.

118.30 is my fine

that's pretty cheap for doubling the speed limit, first ticket? if so good job, seriously, I have 3 haha. That sucks though.

Yeah, typically when doubling the speed limit they will take your license. You got lucky. FHP or Sheriff? I find that the Seminole Sheriffs and most FHP LEO's are good guys. Oviedo and Orange County Officers on the other hand. Richard Cranium's.

that sucks dude

I've only got one ticket as well. It was for careless driving too. I got pulled over a few months ago for doing 70 in a 25 but I didnt get a ticket.
