Hey guys I have a plan
As you know im working for apple now. The thing is Im getting Thousands of dollars in software every week. Its all video editing and producing software. I want to create a dvd about us. I will need help and lots of footage. Autocrossing and working and just stuff on our cars. Ill take pics and bios. Im orginaizing it to be like a Mischief video with a terintino look at CFTC. I want to do an intro like resivoir dogs. Im throwing ideas out there so let me know what you think. Im guessing this project wont cost any more than about 300$ Ive got alot of the budget worked out. I have already created alot of videos on my laptop for fun. I can create Pro looking dvds too.

whoa when did you start working for apple? Making a movie sounds cool. Would love to help out. I have been dying to do something for the past few days. I think most of the vw/audi guys and me are going to some vw/audi bbq this upcoming saturday. You should come and see if you can film anything up there. What kind of stuff have you gotten for free from apple?

thats the best idea ive heard today. im definatley in for that. we tried making a video before, never really got finished though. and yea you should definatley go to the bbq thing. there should be some good cruising shots and stuff at the show plus it would show what we do

Andrew do you by chance have any mounts like them sticky pods? Would be cool if we had some! Maybe few can get some ppl to pitch in like $5 and get one or make one or two. The designs look real simple. a few suction cups on a piece of sheet metal and a little bolt in the middle to mount the camera to.

ahhhh.....i love movies.  i've actually been working on a "day in the life of Jamin" kinda thing lately.  thats awesome abt the free software too.  anyway, i'll bust out the ole TRV and shoot it around the blitzkrieg BBQ.  Im def in for making movies....

take the camera to the store if you need too I need footage. You are all helping by getting me stuff on film. I put together a story board for the Idea of the opening credits.

To Shawn- we can have a nude scene in the special features
to jon- About an hour. plus about 30 in special features.
to viet- no fret will film your car.

lets hear some ideas


whats going to make up an hour of us and our cars? autocrossing definatley, drive nights, runs at the track maybe some monster garage style parts of us installing a gt30 on gabes car? i dont know uhh painting hot wheels like our cars and making them drift with cool action sounds, parasailing behind ssomeones car? whats your guys' ideas?

We could have some skateboard footage, thats always fun to watch. We could always film some local street racing, or get some gtg shots at ecco in orlando, or any big gathering of cars. Represent the local scenes. Or the best one.... Get all our cars together in one parking lot and have everyone traysliding donuts at the same time. Except Jon who has to do a real awd donut in the middle of everyone. All while the backround music is the theme to The Dukes of Hazzard. We should also have viet drive through a glass wall.

theres some good ideas there except i cant do an awd donut and the glass wall sounds sounds like a great plan
