an svt contour? i think i'd rather have the miata. my mom had a contour sport, had a great rental car feel, yuk. anytime i would floor it the car would put out a potent crap stench. although there is a black one in my apartment complex with smoked headlights and taillights and black wheels and it does look pretty aggressive. don't listen to me though, its probably a fun car, i've never driven an svt.

I have never driven a contour either but i don't think I want to, miata's are the crap, i mean, how much is the weight difference between those two cars? I think your car is so much fun even to ride in, I wouldn't do it.

yeah the contour is a pretty sick platform.  fwd, 80/20 weight distribution, amazing ford build quality...the list goes on. 

i also tried to talk him out of it, he didn't like the thought of running into problems at sebring, and i said, take the turbo kit off and sell it, but he doesn't want to do that either, this kid is crazy.

it is of eastern decent, it was originally designed after the lotus elan. it's said to be crazy reliable and this might be another Individual Throttle Body car.

i can't believe you sold the miata. you said something ealiers about a miata with extra wheels so i'm betting it's a miata. but why? you just had one. and what makes you think that this new car is gonna be THE car, you know your gonna want somethin else in like 2 weeks. oh btw, good move on the contour.
