ok, so Louis told me about this industrial road in the middle of nowhere off of 528, near a mental institute. He said it would be a great place to practice driving. so feeling pumped after the autox, I decided I'd try and find it on google maps, I did. so I took my roommates there at around 1 am. I brought the cones, but they never came out of the trunk. Has anyone else been there in the middle of the night, and felt like they could be murdered by a crazy hobo or a wild animal and noone would know? We were a little scared to unlock the doors. no streetlights or anything. I did go 110 and yes it would be a very nice road to practice on. We started getting braver and were gonna get the cones out until we saw a motorcycle going at least 100. I turned around and followed, but he turned onto a side road, where we found a "correct craft world headquarters" sign and a guarded gate. when we followed the bike, there was a man standing outside of the booth next the gate and the bike was gone. We were confused, and scared even more. so we left. we got home and looked up correctcraft thinking it was a government cover up for something, but it is a boat manufacturer so that made it a little less creepy. Before we were thinking it was a watersports practice area or something (we saw no wake zone signs on the side of the road) but why was it guarded at 2 am and why did the bike go there at 100mph. Just wondering if you guys knew about this stuff or not. feel free to call us all panzi's though, but it was scary. ok enough for now. -Eric

exit 20 I believe, next to the prison i guess. the exit for international corporate park. are the vessels good enough to be guarded 24/7? with a guarded gate and booth and stuff? oh well, we'll go when its light out.
yeah we've seen some weird stuff out there. one time at night we found a person in a hospital robe and girl holding his hand, they were both walking down the desserted road away from the entrance. there is nothing close around there. another time during the morning time, we found an old green 70's car with the drivers door left open and saw two people run into the woods, there wasn't a path or anything. eric, if you need practice go to a gainesville event there will be plenty of track time!
