painting the panda

as some of you may know, my car will eventually have its rust removed and resprayed. the car's going to be white again, but was thinking about breaking the white up with some black. i just didnt know how much and where exactly. well i found some pics while on ae82owners.com, let me know what you think. dont pay any attention to the extra set of doors that ppl got overseas.

4 Door how wicked is that, not to mention the Black Top and Trailer Hitch. That thing is so clean it gives me a chubby. I like it btw.

Oh and you need this front end.

that i believe is an ae92 front end. its a semi popular bumper to use from what i have seen. browsing that forum and twincam.org has opened my eyes to some nice corollas on that end of the world. im pretty sure that white one above has a lip fiberglassed to the bumper. but there are a couple companies that make lips for the ae82, just trying to find some more info.

but here's a shot of the guy's old ae82 with an ae92 front end... "boner of the month" (tommy boy)

looks good with the black. I dont know about the red pinstripe though. and I like the ae92 front


what motor does your car have anyways? I've never seen it.

i have the silvertop 20valve in mine.

i'd definately get the bumper. the pinstripe is cool, but in the picture they don't seem to line up or is it suppose to be that way?

i think it might be like that bc on the bumpers, there isnt any black underneath the pinstripe (as opposed to the side molding where there is black on both sides).

haha, those look a lot like a mk3 jetta grill. you should just get that. i like pretty much everything i've seen so far, so i dotn really have any constructive input

i put springs on an s2000 that was black with red pinstripes and i liked it but he took the pinstripes off while i was doing the springs. of course the car later got very involved with a couple trees

im waiting on another weather strip for my sunroof from toyota, then save up a tad bit more $$$. from there i have to arrange things with joel, i talked to him about painting the car a few months ago.

The one on the left looks like a sunny, gtir, or whatever the sick version is, supposed to be pretty quick, and the hood is bc it comes with a top mount intercooler stock, which are easy to saturate with greater then stock horsepower, hence the front mount.

 Yeah it is a non-usdm pulsar, with I a sr20det, and four wheel drive, pretty quick, and more then a little sick.
