fibreglass/bumper work

in preparation for a new paintjob, im probably going to get a front bumper for my corolla from a junkyard up here. as of right now its the best one that i could find. the only thing about it is that on the left side, from the bottom-up, there is a tear, about an inch or so in length.

 does anyone know how to do fiberglass work, or can fix this? or know of someone?

no idea...but you might want to try that fusor ****.  it was everyone uses to shave **** on their bumpers.  over here in vw land anyway
