Rolex 24hr race *69 Pictures*

I just got back in from shooting it. I wish it wouldn't have rained sat. night and this morning otherwise I would've had some badass glowing brake shots and also really nice sunrise shots.

Awesome shots!

#59 is a broken link, but everything still looks great.

I wish I went this year.

Sweet pics. I can definately tell that you took most of the garage shots pre-race before the cars got covered in dirt, oil and rubber

Where were you shooting at. I wanted to find a nice spot but couldn't. I really wish I would've had a media pass.

most of those shots were along the infield....there's a fence, but if you bring a step stool you can easily shoot over it.  best you can do really w/o a press pass

I was down at the horse shoe turn and I was going to turn over a garbage can and shoot on top of that, but there was stuff in there.

I think its just crazy amount of CASTER...like 7-10 degrees of it.

EDIT: I said camber, meaning caster.  Sometimes I am on crack.

I keep hitting the quote button.

yea that makes more sense that you'd want to have alot of caster at daytona and not much static camber. The huge banked turns where theres little steering angle would want less camber but on the flat road track section the caster would help.
